Inc. builds a variety of precast concrete slabs for the Department of Transportation depending on their needs. We are certified by the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) and employ American Concrete Institute (ACI) certified technicians. This helps us ensure the quality of our products.

Our History

K.J. Williams Concrete Co. Inc. is a family owned business that has been manufacturing precast concrete solutions for consumers since 1958. The staff at our facility has over 100 years of combined experience in the precast concrete industry: providing an edge that competitors can not match. We are committed to producing the highest quality precast concrete products on the market and providing world class customer service. In 1974, the focus of the company switched from manufacturing precast concrete products for the public, to manufacturing precast solutions for the Department of Transportation (DOT) and their subcontractors. The focus of the company is to create quality precast MSE panels, lagging panels, noise barriers and coping for the Department of Transportation. Precast concrete products manufactured at our Cresaptown, MD facility can be seen in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, and New Jersey. 


Capabilities
K.J. Williams Concrete is a one-stop shop for precast product manufacture. We currently have concrete mix designs approved in Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and the District of Columbia.  We are capable of qualifying in other states and welcome any requests for information or quotes on our "Contact Us" page. Our capabilities include, but are not limited to, the following:   

-Form design and manufacture based off of customer requirements

-Concrete mix design based off of DOT and state requirements

-Concrete manufacture to meet DOT and state requirements 

-Panel manufacture to meet DOT and state requirements

-Quality assurance testing to meet DOT and state requirements

-Storage of panels on site at our manufacturing facility

-Scheduling transport of panels to support manufacturing needs on a day to day basis
